1. Catalog Information

The Website is an informational catalog. It does not process online orders or payments. Purchases, whether retail or wholesale, are completed only after direct communication with our team and a written confirmation or invoice.

2. Prices and Availability

• Prices shown are indicative estimated retail prices in U.S. dollars and may change without notice.
• Prices for loose gemstones depend on carat weight, color, clarity, cut and certification; prices for precious metals are based on daily spot prices plus a premium.
• Wholesale pricing is available only to approved trade accounts that provide a valid resale certificate.
• All items are subject to availability. A piece shown on the Website may have already been sold.

3. Product Descriptions

We make every effort to describe metals, gemstones and dimensions accurately. Photos are for illustration; natural stones vary in color and inclusions, and screens display colors differently. Graded diamonds are supplied with the laboratory report stated in the quote.

4. Returns and Warranty

Retail catalog items in original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery unless they were sized, engraved or custom-made. Specific warranty and return terms for each purchase are stated on the invoice. Wholesale and memo terms are governed by a separate written agreement.

5. Intellectual Property

Texts, designs, logos and original photographs on the Website belong to NOVO COLLECTION INC or are used under license. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

6. Acceptable Use
